Template License Policy

What can you do with your template from Lark & Tweed Creative

This license applies to all templates purchased from Lark & Tweed Creative:

 

Digital Product License

Upon purchase, you are granted one (1) Single-Use License to customize and publish the purchased template for one business, one client, or one project.

You may not claim ownership or authorship of the original source design.

 

Permitted Uses 

You may:

• Customize templates freely for your own business
• Use a template for one client project
• Transfer the finished site (End Product) to that client
• Charge any service fee for your customization work

One license = One business/client/project.
Additional usage requires purchasing additional licenses.

 

Prohibited Uses 

You may not:

• Use the same template for multiple clients or projects
• Sell, redistribute, or give the original template files to others
• Sell or promote any derivative creation as a template, theme, or digital product
• Create design libraries, frameworks, or reusable products based on our templates
• Extract design elements, page layouts, or structures for use in competing products
• Teach or distribute internal templates, files, or systems as part of educational content
• Use automated duplication tools to multiply usage beyond one license
• Represent the original source design as your own IP

Violation of these terms will result in license termination and legal enforcement.

 

Designers & Agencies

We welcome designers implementing our templates for clients, with the following conditions:

• A new license must be purchased for every new client
• The final project must be transferred to the client upon completion
• Company IP and design frameworks must remain protected
• You cannot use our template structures to build competing template products

 

Intellectual Property Ownership

All templates, designs, and creative systems remain the exclusive property of Lark & Tweed Creative Inc. under global copyright law.

This purchase does not grant ownership or rights to replicate our brand, design style, or business model.

 

Refunds

Due to the instant digital nature of our products:
All sales are final and non-refundable.
